In a noteworthy advancement, Scott Johnston has been elevated to the position of product manager for LG at Exi-tite Scotland. This promotion comes on the heels of an impressive first year with the company, showcasing his abilities and contributions.
Scott's journey in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector began in 2017 when he joined Fisher Group, an installer based in Glasgow. During his time there, he cultivated a broad skill set that encompassed various aspects of the industry, including operations, sales, and air conditioning estimation. His career took a significant turn when Johnson Controls acquired Fisher Group. This transition allowed him to take on a national estimating role, where he was responsible for conducting site surveys and crafting designs and cost estimates for projects scattered across the United Kingdom.
He became part of Exi-tite in October 2024, bringing with him a wealth of contractor-centric experience paired with technical expertise in estimating, which proved invaluable in his new position.
Alan Gordon, the Scotland director at Exi-tite, shared his thoughts on Scott’s promotion: "Throughout the past year, Scott has consistently showcased exceptional product knowledge, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a genuine dedication to assisting our partners throughout Scotland.
In his new capacity, Scott will serve as the primary liaison for consultants and contractors within the region, addressing all LG product needs and further enhancing our relationships in the marketplace."
